Pros

- great perks! - there are some people here who are absolutely amazing and incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Cons

- All teams across the company are definitely not identical. I've definitely worked with many teams cross-functionally who were great. To reiterate while some team's have a great management system, mine did not. - if you are in product support you are extremely micro-managed - the leads and managers on product support promote in work bullying. For example: I brought up screenshots and physical proof of bullying and their advice was to talk it out to the assailant privately, even though I have already done so. Also told me that if I were to go to HR there would be huge repercussions. - Was told that my work itself was great, but because of my "accusations" of bullying I'm not fit for the team. -some management and team members come across as sexist -

Pros

The only positive I can think of is that the product is very well loved by customers.

Cons

The company I signed up for is not the one that I joined and I don’t recommend sellers join at this time. Figma is struggling to shift from natural PLG to enterprise sales, and that struggle highlights the sales team leadership’s immaturity. Expectations are constantly changing, impossible PIPs have been issued, and a reorg has occurred - all issues making it challenging to succeed.

Pros

great perks, cool product, industry disruptor - lots of smart people on PDE. Dylan Field is a genuine person.

Cons

The expectations are not realistic. Globally hitting targets (or coming close to them) but that is because of 10-12 people out of 100 reps are hitting target across all segments. Most people not even hitting 70%. More focus on "activity" than what is actually working. Managers want to look good to their managers who want to look good to the CRO....everyone is afraid to say what is actually going on. Toxic, stressful work environment. Burnout rampant. Books are not quality accounts, inflexible about changing processes to include methods that would actually help us increase revenue.
