Hard to graft with upper management.

Management - By far the worst management I have ever worked with among my 4 years total within hospitality industry. I have never been treated so poorly by management - Long hours, no respect, shouting in front of customers, illegal cutting of hours from time sheets, the list goes on. Please beware. It is no coincidence that the staff turnover here is absolutely shocking, hence why very long working hours are given out as there isn't enough staff for cover. Say goodbye to weekends, you will never get them off.
