Pros

You constantly have to think on your feet

Cons

You have to deal with knowing that you are supporting a company that delivers watches that are of terrible quality. You don't really have to do much as their customer service policy is, ignore them until they go away.

Lots of responsibility and challenges. Care about customers and calling thousands on phone to apologise for delay

Cons

Sometime spikes of demand with not enough people to handle requests, sometime hard to stay updated with product changes
