The guy is the ruthless, sole point of control in an authoritarian firm where even the senior staff have no decision making power. I came to the firm with a more impressive resume that the existing staff (ivy + top tier mba, former strategy consulting partner, 18 years in energy). But Todd sussed out that I was desperate due to a family tragedy, and he offered me a salary he knew was less than my pre-mba salary from 20 yrs ago. I tried to negotiate, was effectively spat upon by one of Todd's delegates, and took the job because, again, I was desperate. I assumed that, as I hit everything out of the park, he would see reason and correct my salary after some months. He didn't. He doubled down on the sexist vitriol. And a few months later ousted me when the pandemic hit. He's the worst of the worst as to how women in business end up with such obscene pay inequity.
