Pay competitive salary which many other consulting opportunities can pay.
Cons
They don't have any product/ solution offering and just rely on third parties to provide training to employees. No internal training mechanism. If you are lucky to have a project, you will survive otherwise you will be sitting on bench. Constructive feedback seen as spreading negativity, feedback taken personally by management. No long term clients to fall back on in case of market turmoil. Double digit attrition rate. Presence mandatory at social outings.
