      Extremely Hostile Work Environment! Beware!

      There are so many qualified and capable professionals working here.

      Cons

      The environment has become very hostile. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It has been hostile since I started a few years ago, but has been getting worse every day. I will suffer retribution just by creating this review, but people need to know.

      Pros

      FinWise Bank is the best place I have ever worked! The environment is healthy, management truly cares about the employees, and it is easy to promote. I can see myself working here for a long time. -Great environment -Regular bonuses & pay increases -Holiday pay/PTO -Great management team

      Cons

      -A lot of procedures have not been written out yet, but they are working on establishing and implementing these. -Not everyone who gets promoted is recognized

Going forward, promotions will be recognized within applicable departments, at monthly TownHall meetings and on our Intranet system (the Owlet).       Pros

      I've worked at enough banks to know a good thing when I see it. Great leadership. Good vision. There's not a person here that is difficult to do business with. Everyone goes out of their way to help wherever they can. It's fun being part of a quickly growing organization. The CEO goes out of his way day-in and day-out to demonstrate that trust is the foundation of our culture. I believe him. The chain of command has created a remarkably positive and supportive atmosphere. - a rare combination of competence and grace.

      Cons

      Some administrative things still need to be worked out. This should be expected.
