Pros
Independent Work. The easy days are very easy and not too many hard days as far as mental load. Not directly customer service. 4 day work week. Overtime during the holiday season.
Cons
We work most holidays at regular pay. Only holidays off are 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas and New Years Day (unpaid). Holidays can be very tiring depending on how much help is needed. 10-12 hour long work days.
