      - Management is supportive. - Teamwork is motivated. - Healthy & Motivated work environment is provided. - Work from home (Flexibility) - Planning to open offices for hybrid model. - Employee Engagement activities are planned virtually & face to face on monthly & quarterly basis. - Learning opportunity is at its highest.

      Cons

      - Sometimes multiple tasking is required with colleagues. - Mostly WFH, looking for hybrid opportunity for more interaction.
