If you're a server or bartender you can make pretty decent money and it's moderately fun
Cons
The founder of the company is a micro manager to the nth degree. He texted his managers constantly to interrogate them about business that day, sometimes requiring hourly updates. Only 5 paid vacation days per year, no sick days. Paid under 45k and raises were non existent. 11+ hour days with one break, and God help you if you turn your phone off when you're not at work. No shift meals for anyone. Expect disrespect from everyone above your direct manager.
