The management was highly unprofessional and disorganized. I was often asked to attend important meetings at the last minute, where I had to make presentations without adequate preparation. My hard work was regularly used to celebrate someone else’s success, and I was constantly questioned about my time by HR, who showed little understanding of my role. Most colleagues weren’t honest, and the bosses stayed hidden, rarely putting their names on anything, which felt suspicious. Some staff from other departments pretended to be busy while gossiping and having coffee in the office. I frequently had to remind HR about paperwork, and when I needed assistance from my manager, I had to chase after him for answers. Salaries were low, especially considering the workload and lack of support. There was little respect for professionalism. On my last day, I overheard HR requesting a MacBook for use at home, which felt like an inappropriate use of company resources. Additionally, a manager and a colleague were having an affair, and their inappropriate behavior during work hours was openly discussed, despite management’s insistence on professionalism for everyone else.
