Pros

FCCU is a fantastic place to work! The environment is amazing, everyone is always willing to help you. The training is great, there is ongoing training to better your skills. There is room for growth within the credit union. Each day I master a new skill and management is invested in you, they want you to succeed and will help you get to where you want to be. I can't say enough great things, I 100% recommend working at FCCU!

Pros

The actual functions of the job are excellent. You are trained frequently, and the pay is pretty good.

Cons

Management seems to not care about their subordinates. If you do a not great job at selling one day, they write you off as incompetent indefinitely. This job is not for the faint of heart.
