      Pros

      Business casual environment with dress down Fridays and free breakfast for staff every Friday. Office closes the week between Christmas and New Year's.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership from the top. Little to no investment in staff's professional development. Completely negative culture. Throw your co-workers under the bus before it's done to you atmosphere.

      Easy job and little is expected of you

      Cons

      No coaching. No incentive to become better. Company pays below market value and is struggling so it is kind of a race to the bottom type of organization that constantly jumps from one initiative to the next.
