Pros

location close to transport 1 hr lunch some team members nice office

Cons

HR and hiring staff have the intellect of a five year old. People who are less qualified than you are in management roles and have no idea what they are doing long drawn out pointless hiring process that overlooks real talent due to obscure views on culture and fit
