Pros

9 to 5 monday to friday hours

Cons

The company does not live by its core values, which they make the staff complete pointless activities for. Expectations during the busy period are eccessive. The offices are poorly maintained and the kitchen facilities even worse

Pros

At times fun to work at but the underlying culture is dark and chilling. Staff are commodities to be used and then disposed off.

Cons

I have been in the front line of the business for many years and know at first hand their dodgy staff mean nothing ways of working. The company went bust due to questionable methods of business. Sucked everyone dry and left them high and dry with no redundancy pay. With they promised

Very Nice Team BUT...Lack of Progression, Salary Not Competitive

Pros

They only hire kind, down to earth people. The MD is lovely and so is his wife.

Cons

Progression just doesn't really happen here unless you worked here for years and years, and even then, not necessarily. The salary is described as 'competitive', however, they will pay you the lowest salary that they can get you to agree to. The work environment would benefit from being less cluttered and a bit of money spending on it to make it more positive and a nicer place to be. Lunch time is 30 minutes unpaid, working hours 8.30-5 or 9-5.30.
