Pros

The vibe seems very intensely positive at first, but it is a way of masking what is really going on underneath.

Cons

This company takes advantage of young and naive job seekers. On Indeed they falsely list themselves as Raven's Eye Solutions, but they are really just a third party that primarily sales AT&T in Costcos. Their business model is very similar to an MLM, though they pay hourly plus commission. They tell employees that it is not a sales job, but the only way to get promoted is to sell. However, promotions aren't really promotions. You get more responsibilities for the same pay. It is just a ploy to entice people to stay. They will also work you 6 and 7 days a week and make you feel inferior if you are unable to commit to that kind of workload, yet they advertise a flexible work schedule. This place is a joke.

Pros

The labor itself is very easy, and their advancement program is very fast. Fine Line has a positive culture, which is admittedly hard to come by. Behind the professionalism, everybody is genuinely excited to be there...

Cons

... unfortunately, what they are excited to do is gamble. All of management, from crew leaders to directors, use the rhetoric of casino addicts, preaching the Gambler's Fallacy verbatim in morning meetings and training employees to simply take the maximum number of shots possible in the field. A basic google search is all it takes to find out how deep in the sunk cost they are. They preach the inevitability of hitting it big while treating all slow days as a failure of work ethic, the Law of Averages is used as a bludgeon to push people into working longer hours, and at no point are the realities of sales, market caps, saturation, or returns on investment even mentioned - let alone discussed.
