Pros
A good introduction into to medical sector, A Stepping stone job I applied for the process engineer role numerous times while there and was always told I was unsuitable. I have since went on from there to 40k a year as a process engineer.
Cons
Supervisors are not very friendly and are slave drivers they give very short breaks from the clean room and you have to undress your clean room clothes and get redressed in your time, Managers are always watching on CCTV. Nobody seems to be happy working there and just waiting for there change to move job. Minimum wage and no very little opportunity to climb the career ladder
