Pros

Unlimited PTO, Remote work setting, Decent Salary

Cons

Company culture plagued by nepotism. Frequent layoffs followed by boasts of company success from the CEO. Laid off Job Titles reposted with different titles and lower salary is routine. Employee value measured solely by extreme hours worked—nights, weekends, 60+ hours. Diverse ideas are disregarded, feedback is lacking, and positive reviews are pressured during check-ins. The CAO fosters toxicity, blindly supported by the CEO. Issues are attributed to the 'startup' label but truly stem from inexperienced decisions made by friends/family and inadequate technology. Recommendation: Consider negative reviews as they uncover the true situation.

Pros

Very competitive salary, and benefit structure

Cons

By far the worst place i have ever worked. My mental health suffered tremedously as a result of working here. The CEO loves to use the word urgency which is just a nicer way to say, burn out so that I can accomplish a goal i created in a garage. If you have built a reputation at another company and come highly recommeded rethink it becuase they want to suck the life out of you get your intellectual captital then move on. For them its all about getting bought at the expense of human captial. I hope potentail investors read the glassdoor reviews.

Not a good experience

Pros

Some good hard-working employees. Constant turn over creates room for advancement that you won’t see at another company. Positive reviews here are questionable at best. Note great reviews seem to immediately follow the bad.

Cons

Highly incompetent, unqualified leadership. Positions given as a result of relationships with CEO rather than actual qualification, experience or merit.. The negative effects can be seen everywhere and is felt throughout the ranks. Management is somehow blind to the levels of incompetence or the toll it takes on the business. Employee churn is a huge issue. Many solid employees have left (or are looking to leave) and the company seems oblivious to the reasons why or the hard and soft costs of the constant turn over. Pay range is well below market value and management encourages a burn out, work all the time, take no vacation culture.
