1. They doesn't know how to treat people 2. You should be close to your manager. Otherwise you will be targeted unnecessarily. They can also fire you. 3. There is no job security. 4. There is no worklife balance. 5. The worst work culture. 6. They treat the employees as the servant. 7.Engineering managers in this company are worst. They think they can do anything and employees must abide by it.
