No learning. 7 days working (mostly). very less salary. Bond is mandatory to sign so that you cannot run. 14 hours working, starting from very early morning session, afternoon, noon session at last very late evening session. Salary cutting for no reason.
Cons
No Holiday, no leaves allowed for first 9 months. Have to deal and manage the grievances of the students who remains angry after getting false promises from the company. Very very poor management and work culture. They only hire non-Gujaratis and non-Ahmedabadis so that they can pressurize them and threaten them and doesn't allow us to leave this scam company. They know local Ahmedabadis will not get under pressure so they do not hire them, Salary, Holidays, Timings, Learning, Environment and Culture, everything is a scam and fraud. Salry will be deducted because of sandwich, they have a biometric attendance system and if you are late for few minutes your half day salary will be cut.
