      Pros

      None unless you like the clothes.

      Cons

      HR barely does the minimum legal requirements to protect staff from bullying in the company. Failure to deal with problem managers who consistently have allegations against them. In the time I worked there 5 out of 10 managers left within the year all citing the same reasons. Don’t work here if you think that just because the clothes are ethical the business is. It’s not.
