      Lovely coworkers, beautiful products, interesting events and trips

      Cons

      Very low pay but very high pressure. Many burnouts. Nearly impossible to get pay rise or promoted. Leadership lacking in both top & mid level management. Unhealthy culture that creates competition and resentment betwren teams.

      I loved my coworkers and the products

      Cons

      Very low pay and very high stress. Almost impossible to build a career as they rather hire outside, no working your way up. They expect you to be happy just because you get to work for them. You are expected to be thankful for having a job, They do not thank you for your contributions.
