Cons

Management shows little regard for employee contributions and avoids addressing persistent internal issues. A clear example: a highly effective, underpaid team member was allowed to leave over a small pay increase—only to be replaced through costly recruitment and a higher salary. This short-sighted approach is standard across the company. However, they're happy to have a very very offensive man walking around for over a year. The management style is centred on postponement and avoidance. Problems are routinely kicked down the road, with no real resolution, and important decisions are endlessly delayed, often "when they're next in" and then the problem is not solved, and again kicked down the road for another month. Communication between departments is poor, leading to frequent misalignment, duplication of effort, and missed deadlines. Spending priorities are questionable. A significant budget is allocated to expensive golf days that appear to primarily benefit a select few and suppliers, with minimal client involvement. Leadership communication lacks credibility. Promises around product timelines, strategy, and office openings often go unfulfilled.
