Good leadership, close family type of group, no micro managing
Cons
Saturated, takes months to get all of your comission, more expensive than the competition, expected to work almost every day of the week

They would provide training, nice at the start.
Cons
A pyramid structure, you boss will tell you that you will make a ton of money. Only the top 10% do, the rest are just working for free full time.
