The management is going to tank this ship sooner rather than later. There are no adults running this place so it's just a bunch of 20 year olds running around. There is a main "click" that thinks they are in with management that acts like they run the show. Overall, horrible at doing actual PR work. No budget for actual work from clients and act super desperate for business. Everyone there could use a refresher in what PR actually is, but that's what you get when you get people who ran failed presidential campaigns to run a PR firm. Half the people there are complete wastes of space too, which is crazy seeing how much they fire people. They tried to bury their sexual harassment incident too by saying they couldn't talk about it instead of actually dealing with anything. When the partners get serious about what actually goes on maybe they could do more.
