      Cons

      Everything good about this job has slowly been stripped away. Company only cares about the bottom line. Employees seem to only be a number. HR and payroll are a joke and will mess up your paycheck and try to avoid fixing it. Management does not accept input you will be terminated for voicing your concerns. Supervisor is a yes man to the company. Nobody has the field guys interest in mind its all about corporate dollars. Management will lie to you to avoid confrontation.

      Leadership & Culture • CEO is engaged and sets a clear tone for performance • Approximately 75% of department leaders are highly competent and respected • Team is communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. True leaders within in the company are some of the sharpest in the industry.

      Cons Sales Management & Decision-Making • Sales leadership lacks consistency and strategic direction • Routine decisions often require input from too many people, leading to delays and confusion Workforce Expertise • Not enough knowledgeable tradespeople on staff to support technical accuracy and client confidence Inclusiveness & Departmental Structure • Limited focus on inclusiveness across teams • Excessive departmental autonomy creates silos and inconsistent standards
