Pros
High paced work environment with an attractive product and quick sales cycles
Cons
Lacking support system. Understandably its a start up and things wont be perfect but was basically set up for failure. Lack of experience in my manager who basically gave me 0 Feedback and then said I was not working to improve on their feedback. Would receive praise that I was performing well and doing well, to then be let go with 0 warning/reasoning was quite disappointing. Was promised I would receive feedback which never came.
