Pros
Offering a good salary and 2/2 working. Which makes firm touch unique from the other trading firms.
Cons
I worked in team of 15 people and the management of team is just focusing on there salaries not employee. They hire people as a supervisor. And supervisor only enjoying with salaries and doing nothing good. Coordinatorz are enjoying free.
