Good benefits. bonuses, assists employees for professional renewal pf license.

Cons

Low salary. Discriminate employees according to academic schools. This coming is for the elite only. Hiring employees not according to the experience but according to academic institution and status and age. Most of employees graduate of Ateneo, UP, La Salle. Expats receive huge salary. Company believes more in the ability of expats than local. Promotions not according to job performance but still according to academic background. Your MBA shall only be credited as part if your promotion if you were a graduate of AIM.

Management does not care about you - they make you go to customer meetings that end so late at night but do not provide vehicle going home because “it’s against protocol” Really low salary especially if you are homegrown Management does not appreciate the little efforts you do Management throws you under the bus if you commit mistakes - the managers don’t fight for their subordinates instead of protecting them
