      Routine hours, can go home on time Meet people from all walks of life

      Cons

      Lower than market rate pay Illogical changes in policies almost daily Unprofessional Family Run Business so don't expect any proper chain of command Unnecessary office politics really a big annoyance You are just a head count, even if you loyal to them, they are not loyal to you Anytime can fire you Unappreciative of your hard work, no bonus or increment in salary

      In heart of town Access government grants for training so not hard to sell

      Cons

      Dodgy practises with grants 10 days of leave her year only. Forced 10 days of leave in total during CNY and year-end. So you need to take no-pay leave rest of the time Directors got banned for life from accessing government grants
