      I could sit here and try to work out a pro of working here, but I would be here all day and I still wouldn't be able to come up with one

      Cons

      The directors take over and run the company like a school. Picking their favourites, and hiring family/friends for roles that have no benefit to the lives of those needing the care. Instead the staff that care, are made redundant with no cause or fired.
