Toxic and stressful

Pros

Variety of clients and no day was the same.

Cons

Horrific owner and life consuming. The work environment was so toxic and there was no work/ life balance. I was working 50 plus hours a week minimum and that was never good enough. The saying "people don't leave jobs they leave bosses" was 100% the case here.
