      Loved the people and the environment!

      Cons

      Acquired by another company (not in Texas), so it isn't locally owned anymore. The local management and employees are still great though!

      WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!

      Pay and co-workers. They pay well, but it is not worth it! They also attract great people to work there, but they can't keep them or get them to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Management, HR, customers, policys, corporate, training, workload, pressure/stress and no work/life balance.
