      Pros

      Managers were cool to work with and listened to you. Staff was friendly. Made good money. Easy to trade shifts with others.

      Cons

      When it is slow, it is SLOW. Some regulars want who they want, and if it's not you, they will let you know. Sometimes food takes a while, but they work hard to get it done.

      Pros

      Tips are decent usually but sometimes it’s a struggle.

      Cons

      The clientele is rude, snobby and entitled wannabe rich people who live in the Heathrow area. Management (at least during my time there) will almost never have your back when there swamp creature cause a scene.
