      Great coworkers, not-so-great management.

      Free food/lunch, free team workout, free chiropractor adjustments

      Cons

      Management will tell you that you need to smile more if you are not looking 100% bubbly and happy even if you are not facing customers. 50 degrees and below work environment, no opportunities for growth, high employee turnover, cult-like management that makes you feel little. Pay is not that great. Lots of drama.

      -50% discount on food -Hours weren't bad -Store manager was cool, but the culture was off

      Cons

      -Having to stand in a freezing cold cooler stocking stuff for extended periods of time with NO protective gear. -Arbitrary dress code -Culty -Food is bland but overpriced -Customer service department is a joke -Lack of advancement -Pay is okay at best -Health conscious gym bro culture comes off as disingenuous
