Pros
- Nice colleagues (yet very young and unexperienced) - Nice office - Free pizza on Friday
Cons
- High Turnover : initially due to internship contracts coming to an end but currently due to poor management practices - Hiring / Firing Mentality : poor estimation of employees needed for each team leading to some employees being fired the morning of their 1st day or during their first month without consideration for their relocating efforts - Hiring Difficulties : difficulties to find qualified employees leading to understaffed teams and/or poor employees kept until the last day of their trial period - Management Style : choleric and disrespectful top management leading to well-performing employees being humiliated in front of everyone and/or fired based on top management moods - Firing : no possibility to say proper goodbyes to your team mates as they will be escorted to leave the building as quickly and efficiently as possible (officially to avoid distracting their team mates, officiously to avoid discussing what is wrong with this company) - Individual Promotions / Team Privileges : not based on meritocracy leading to tensions both between and inside teams - Office Materials : Apple computers for some people and old PCs for other people inside the same team, poor internet, no license for Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point...) - Job Accountability : no reliable accountability of tasks as anyone can easily modify and/or delete part of your work on Google Page / Sheet / Slide by inadvertence and the blame and re-work will be one you - Job Missions : basic, redundant and unrewarding tasks with no room for learning and growth in your designated field - Work / Life Balance : asked to work overtime on evenings and week-ends for no extra compensation - Salary : low compered to German standards - it seems that your salary depends on the market you are managing (Germany>France>Italy) instead of your performances
