      Pros

      Good morale, team spirit, people are proud of the product and will to keep improving, both the product and the workplace. The management makes a point to know everyone. Variety in tasks.

      Cons

      English is needed a lot. Lot to learn for new people. The current office is crowded but a new one is being readied to solve that problem.

      Nice and small software company with a good team spirit

      Pros

      Pretty easy to accommodate every situation, for example if you need to work from home. Small company, which is of course both a pro and a con->contributes to a great team spirit

      Cons

      Biggest challenge is offices in many countries and working with people from many cultures and time zones. Small company which may cause some tough days/weeks when there is a deadline coming up.
