      Pros

      Lots of books and equipment. Development on both Windows and Unix systems. Quite a lot of internal seminars.

      Cons

      No career path, lots of over time work, difficulty taking holidays. Any interest in other company projects is considered negative (!). Quite high employee turnover. The lack of professional certifications. Very small bonuses.

      - Flexible working time with core hours - Remote work is allowed, which is pretty nice - Company has engineers with strong background in software optimization and competitive programming - Senior engineers share their knowledge on a regular basis to improve others' skillset

      - Base salary when joining is a bit lower compared to other IT companies - There is no company-wide established code/review standard so the style might differ depending on the team
