      It amazes that there is not a single advantage of working at this place. It treats you like slaves with heads who have no idea how to run a company

      Cons

      Forget about your salary if you work here. You never get it. Nobody cares about you. If you lick well then you might get some salary. Below average work is all you need to stay here

      No Pros. Overworked Staff. Don't work Here. Everyone leaves within 6 months max.

      Cons

      No Work-Life Balance. Indisciplined Staff. Never Pay on Time. Withheld 2 Month salary. Ask to work 24*7 Because of WhatsApp groups with Clients. You have to be on your toes all time. Monthly Open House is just a lie. Nothing is achieved.

      1. Great team and leadership. 2. Very good clients - so great exposure 3. Everyone is very helpful so onboarding is easy 4. Flexibility in hours - no micromanagement as long as work gets done 5. Salary is good and comes on time. 6. Leadership program. Even a junior person can become a leader quickly if performance is good.

      Cons

      1. It’s agency business so sometimes there will be pressure 2. Nothing else… it’s really a great place to work
