i found flannels to be very cliquey. if a manager decides they like you then you will have an easy life but if they don't particularly care about you then you won't. all the managers and supervisors were in a clique and they would stand and do nothing on their phones but expect you to be doing something at all times and if you even have your phone on your person you would be told off and told to put it in the back. managers would make you feel inadequate if you didn't get a sale. they would take the mick letting you go home at the end of your shift, making you leave later than necessary just because they could. flannels has to be your priority in life if you're going to work there. its also really really boring when it gets to the more dead months and you don't make as much commission in this time either.

No work life balance, the management speak to the staff in a terrible way, can't even do the jobs they are asking others to do. Don't understand how to manage people and care nothing about their staff, so many people have left due to management and even expressed this but nothing has changed. It is effecting mental health of the staff that work there. They don't train staff properly and that's due to them not knowing the job themselves
