Pros
Honestly, my overall experience with FlapKap has been really positive. I learned a lot along the way, mostly because I was given the space to actually work on real things, not small tasks.
What I liked most is that your opinion matters. You’re encouraged to speak up, suggest ideas, and sometimes even challenge things, and people actually listen (founders included). It doesn’t feel rigid at all, they’re open to trying new approaches if it makes sense, and they’re willing to invest time and effort into better solutions.
It’s also a place where you can grow pretty fast if you’re willing to put in the effort. You get exposure to different things and learn by doing, which made a big difference for me.
Overall, it felt like a place where you can contribute and learn.
Cons
Wouldve appreciated a work from home option but its mostly from office.
