      Good for scaling up skills , not expect for good salary never in your dream's also.

      Pros

      Learning good skills. But you can find this in another company also. Salary on time ,they will do this job perfectly HR is good. Managers are good. People are great. Not much work pressure.

      Cons

      See, 1). Company has capability to grow in future ,but management involvement is very much. 2). They don't care for employees they treat like slave and I am talking of owners. 3).HR is good person but have instructions to follow rule . And it is compulsory. Don't expect leaves. 4). Promotion is a joke never expect. 5).High position are already equipped and right now no vacancy maybe in future they will. 6). Salary growth is a joke . 7).This company is good as for your first job only don't expect to be long and growth.
