Below average companny. Not recommended at all
Pros
1) Employees except HRs are very helpful. 2)Fixed 9 hour working hour and you can sign out any time after 9hrs
Cons
1)Their HR make you fool from very first day of interview. Initially they will tell you there is no any bond, but just after you are selected, they will make you to sign bond of 1.5 years. 2) Very less salary and appraisal and no any growth at all. 3)It is one of those companies which keeps your marksheet/original documents. 4) Very less number of leaves....only 6.5- per year for your first year. And these 7-days are your sick leaves. 5) Even though you are sick or any other problem and you work platform independently, you can't opt for "Work From Home". You will have to take Paid Leave. 5)Always remember "BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT" and you can't make suggestions even though your suggestion is more efficient other wise they will fire you. 6)They don't follow any national or public holidays. 7) CEO wants daily report having your each day work done and any doubt(its good) but he is not going to reply your any doubt.
