Pros
The one pro is that I got the hell out of there. A couple of upper management is no longer there, so that's a plus.
Cons
Poor Management to say the least. At the time it was ran by people in their 30's and 40's who were a disgrace. Unprofessional, lacked patience, shortcomings in training and a traumatic work experience for me in general.

Small company, nice location, nice co-workers for the most part, ,excellent benefits.
Cons
Horrible management. People in management positions who have no idea how to manage people. They actually put the IT guy in charge at one point. Absent executive management who have no idea what goes on in the office on a day to day basis, but love to make rash decisions about staffing issues.
