      Growing Pains - Stuck in the Past

      Amazing colleagues to work with and very interesting field.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past with very little foresight with how to grow a business in the modern day. Very little flexibility and poor work/life balance. Difficult for employees with a family and especially for women/mothers. Could be so much better.
