Quiet office as no one talks. Free beer on Fridays.
Cons
No route of progression, even when I asked I was told there would be no growth in my role either in the type of tasks or pay. I was told not to ask for a pay increase again. Management is not helpful, majorly lacking in HR and many things that went on in the office should not happen in a professional workplace. It very much feels like a boys club that hides behind the 'start-up' mentality and is not an inclusive place to work. Workplace benefits are non-existent.
