Pros
I have been working here for almost 7 months, the Pay is good, my coworkers are nice and genuinely care about me. The place is in such a nice area of town. It's a fun business to work for, and challenges me everyday. The owner DJ is very nice and shows his appreciation all the time. We are often rewarded for our hard work by going out as a company and celebrating. I am a hourly employee, and hope to become a salary based employee. I truly love my job, and I brag about what I do to family and friends.

if you do not do your job, you could be let go, much like any other job you work for.
