      Exciting to be working towards the future where factories are fully automated. Friendly and intelligent people.

      Cons

      A decent amount of historical baggage in the codebase to deal with, but that's not really surprising for a start-up that's pivoting to what's best

      After 2 month of being here my experience is great so far! The leadership team is not only smart but truly visionary—they have a clear strategy and are always a few steps ahead. It's exciting to be part of the company that’s on the brink of disrupting the market, and you can feel the energy and drive across the entire company. One thing I love is the absence of micromanagement. You’re trusted to own your work, and leadership empowers you to make meaningful contributions. The culture is highly collaborative, and my colleagues are some of the most supportive, talented, and innovative people I’ve ever worked with. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed, which makes the work environment positive and inspiring.

      Cons

      You’ll often find yourself wearing multiple hats, which can be challenging if you're used to a strictly defined job scope. The fast-paced nature of the company means you need to be proactive and take ownership of your work. The startup-like culture means there’s a lot of building as we go, so processes aren’t always fully established

      Awful start up culture that doesn’t value people

      Pros

      There are some really smart people to learn from, and knowledge sharing is quite good. Some people are passionate and great at what they do

      Cons

      Awful, inexperienced management. They don’t care about people, work life balance or wellbeing. Senior leaders are completely lost. Benefits are none existent and you’ll be expected to work at all times. People aren’t valued, they will always say they are a people centered business but reality is they don’t care. No opportunities for progression
