work culture, colleagues, monthly outings, employee development, top management, quarterly business planings involving the whole company (including interns), prayer group, sharing of cultural traits, multicultural environment, moral support (when work is not going well, as well as personal problems), quarterly changes

career growth is minimal, often repetitive tasks, too many changes (this can be good also annoying sometimes)

Teams are spread across 4 different floors due to lack of space, so you might not meet everyone face-to-face unless you are working on the same projects.
