Pros
WFH, flexibility, encouragement to grow and take on responsibilities you find interesting, free reformer for home, for a small company base pay and health insurance assistance was good.
Cons
Limited budgets- we're all really scrappy which, to be fair, could be good. But it's hard to see competitors spending $$$$ to do things we wish we could do.
