Pros

This section is not applicable at all.

Cons

To start with the CEO, the most unprofessional being who propagates about being professional! Basically, a failed dream of becoming a big organization from the status of a startup, seems to have had that impact! No leaves ever sanctioned without a mandatory argument around it, each time. On your leaves, you are forced to "contribute" as team's "capacity" is low! It is no less than bonded labor! Peeping into your screens, interfering with your personal life, trying to manage everything and failing miserably at it, is something v.normal with the founder. Salaries not paid on time. Appraisals delayed by months, without any notice. No admin support. No HR support. The whole soul of the organization is just 1 person, amazingly a v.big fail! Being at a Senior Level, I have seen it happening with me and all my subordinates. Employee happiness is not something even bothered about. Human Resource management is not a concern at all. I strongly recommend not joining the organisation, however poor or demotivated you maybe, for it is not gonna do any good. Please wait and go for something worth your time.

Not a good company

Pros

Good location Mostly good colleagues Good concept of freelance recruitment service

Cons

Everything The company is very small and is run by the CEO and she controls everything, there are no managers(decision taking) 1) The CEO micromanages to the minutest level, looks into your computer when you are away and eavesdrops on your conversation 2) You will be harassed and embarrassed if you are not in the good books of the CEO 3) We were promised esops and managers were promised equity, it has been more than a year since this was discussed and we have not received anything 4) You will be loaded with work since employees keep quitting the company 5) If you apply for leaves they will never be approved, the CEO never responds to these emails 6) Be ready to work from home even if you are sick 7) This is not a company if you have ideas, this is a company where the CEO has ideas and you will work to make the CEO's idea work even if they dont make sense I can easily say that Flexing It not a good company to work for. My advice for anyone with an offer in this company, do not take it up, even if you are desperate for a job, because you will be soon looking for a job in 1 month's time. It is better to cope with emotions that come along with not having a job rather than the emotions you will have facing torture here.

Pros

None, barring the colleagues and flexible schedules

Cons

Can easily write an essay but keeping it short and simple: 1. You will not get an raise or promotion 2. Ceo and director both are clueless and micro manage to the minutest level 3. Forget about appreciation; you will only be scrutinised and blamed 4. Shady company with not so professional CEO; who will call you names, eavesdrop and what not. 5. LALA company with no structure whatsoever 6. An emergency is not considered for leave
